VETERANS OF FOREIGN WARS

ESSAY CONTEST!!



Lily Ziegler, an 8th grade Wisconsin home schooled student from Port Washington, has won FIRST PLACE in the Veteran of Foreign Wars district essay contest for her essay on the theme of "what patriotism means to me." The VFW sent her essay on to the Wisconsin State Competition. Lily will be honored at a VFW banquet on June 6, 2008.



We here at Wisconsin CHEA heartily congratulate Lily and her entire family on her fine essay.

We pray for its success at State, and we pray that it touches the hearts of those who read it.
